You have the right to return the products you bought, within 7 working days from the date you received them. In this case, you will pay the immediate cost of return.

Returns are only being accepted if the product-to-be-returned is in excellent condition or in the condition delivered to the customer, intact and without wear and tear, while its packaging must be in perfect condition and the one that usually contains the product, along with all of the documents accompanying it (e.g. dispatch note/invoice, sales receipt etc.).
